Parents of Seniors:
We will need your contact information and email address if available so that we can contact you for the permission slip for your student to attend the celebration. Please send it to me in an email or in the form above. srcelebration@ymail.com
Parents:
We hope to have most of you involved with this celebration. We understand you may have some concerns regarding this event and we will address any concerns that you may have. Please call or send an email and we will get back to you about your concerns.
In regards to safety and supervision, chaperones will be placed throughout the building for the entire time of the celebration.
Students will not be allowed to leave early unless prior arrangements have been made by the parent.
This celebration is for the current seniors only and no guests or younger siblings will be permitted. No Exceptions. This is just so the seniors will have one last night as a group together.
The event starts at 8: 00 p.m. If for any reason your student will be with family and will need to come in later please make prior arrangements so that your student can attend at a later time.
If students become sick during the event you will be called to make arrangements to get them home regardless of the time and if there is no answer at the contact number emergency procedures will be implemented.
Misbehavior can justify early dismissal and the parent or guardian will be contacted before dismissal.
If a student leaves during the night they will not be allowed to enter back in.
If your student is registered for the celebration and does not show up the parent or guardian will be contacted before 7:30 p.m.
